During my undergraduate run I've had the amazing opportunity to co-found and direct Vibrancy Theater, a theater company dedicated to uplifting and broadcasting the voices of Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Through Vibrancy, I have unearthed the unmatched the power theatre of color holds. I find deep joy in cultivating art by and for black and queer peoples.

Vibrancy Theater is a theater company founded and run by students at Ohio University. We were born out of the outrage following the tragic murder of George Floyd in the summer of 2020. During the following civil rights movements, my colleagues and I decided it was time we step up and create more equity for black and brown artists in Ohio University's School of Theatre, and thus Vibrancy was born.
What we do is simple, but not easy: Uplifting and broadcasting the Black, Indigenous and People of Color in theatre at Ohio University and beyond. In 2020 I acted as Co-Artistic Director, having the honor to ring in history with our inaugural production, Absentia, written by Ohio's own alum, Olivia Matthews.
Since its creation, I have been a part of their board directly influencing decisions for the organization.
